We can't quite believe it, but this is our 100th post on our little Castaway Portugal blog. We can't believe it is 100 posts old, but it has been fun reaching the centenary stage! We started our blogging journey when we were getting ready to leave the UK, and it has to be said it feels like quite a while since we were packing our lives into boxes to move to the sunshine!
Not only have we reached 100 posts, but we have some exciting news to share. We are delighted to announce we are expanding Castaway Portugal. If you would like to experience the area of the Algarve that we live in, we are proud to say we have can now offer that opportunity to you in the form of Casa Castaway!
This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated on on one of the most stunning golf courses in the Western Algarve. Located between Lagos and Luz, it has access to an on-site shared pool. It has 2 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms, and all the modern amenities you'd expect including a TV; Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
The spacious balcony is the perfect place to take in the breathtaking views of the golf course, and the added bonus is a huge private decked area - the perfect place to unwind!
It is a five minute drive to the historic centre of Lagos, with its lovely Marina and restaurants. Five minutes in the other direction is the small town of Praia da Luz with its beautiful beach and fantastic selection of restaurants.
