It's been an exciting few weeks for us, and we have recently added an addition to team Castaway in the shape of our company car. For years, we have been lusting over the gorgeous little Renault 4's that you see in abundance here in Portugal - and now we have one of our own!
We found this little gem that belonged to a lovely family in Lisbon; and after travelling up to the capital by bus, the 300km return journey was quite an adventure!
Castaway Carro; also known as Ronaldo the Renault (after Cristiano Ronaldo of course!), or Ronnie for short, will be undergoing a bit of a make over in the coming months, and we will keep you updated on his progress.
It's definitely been a wonderful time for us. Not only do we have Ronaldo, but we recently announced the news about Casa Castaway - our beautiful rental property here in the Algarve that you can book and experience the Portugal we love.
We welcomed our first guests this week, and they are already loving their trip. Now with Ronnie joining the team, we couldn't be more excited about the things to come!
